Hello Mandy,

We wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to yourself, for all the assistance, hard work and planning before our big day, and as well to the waiting staff and chefs on the day. They did an amazing job, they were all so friendly, helpful and attentive, everybody always had a full glass and the food was fantastic! Everybody that attended the wedding commented on how wonderful the service and food was, we couldn’t have wished for it to go better! We will definitely recommend your services to everyone that is planning a function up in Byron!

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. We were just so happy with the food from you guys! Everyone said how lovely the salads were and the breads were amazing and the vego people all agreed... best veggie burgers ever! We are so recommending you to everyone we know and thank you so much. Please pass on to Jeremy how lovely we found him to be and tell him thanks for doing the best he could with a terrible BBQ. He somehow managed to cook all the meat and keep his cool and it tasted great, so big thanks to him!

Good Morning

I was in charge of helping with the Hutching wedding on Saturday the 17th. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and was impressed by the level of expertise shown by your team. The chef was always willing to help and presentation of the food was great and done in a very efficient manner it was fantastic to see such a great professional. As for the bar and floor team it was a complete pleasure to work with these guys although they were very busy they handled everything with flair and more importantly a great smile nothing was too much trouble. I had a lot of people comment on the staff which is great to see. I used to employ 450 staff in my old job I can assure you that they were some of the nicest people I have the privilege to work with.

Once again thank you for all your help over the night and to Mandy for all the work prior without you guys the night would never have been the great success it was.
