Absolutely! At The Larder Byron Bay, we supply a wide range of fine foods, cakes, tarts and patisserie to local hotels, cafes and restaurants throughout the Northern Rivers.

Of course! We believe in trying before buying, which is why we offer sample tastings of our canapés and specific menu items. Regarding requests for tasting samples, we offer two choices:

1. A complimentary sample box containing some of our favourite canapés and some choice desserts.

We offer appointments for canapé samples between 10-10.30am or at 1.30pm on weekdays and mid-morning on Saturdays.

OR

2. A pre-ordered request of a specific menu you have chosen to taste. Due to the substantial number of gourmet dishes listed on our website, we are unable to keep all of these available on a daily basis, and simply require you to book with us 10-14 days in advance. We will do our best accommodate your requested date, but please understand that this is subject to our availability around catering/function commitments.

Appointments for menu tastings are scheduled for 1.30pm on weekdays and mid-morning on Saturdays. This sample will be adequate to feed two people and a nominal cost of $80 is payable in cash, electronic transfer or credit card via PayPal to cover fresh, quality ingredients.
